MANILA — The Department of Health (DOH) on Monday logged 1,099 new Covid-19 cases, bringing the nationwide tally to 4,004,465.
Based on the data from the DOH, there are 20,227 active Covid-19 cases.
There were 3,920,164 patients who recovered from the viral disease. The death toll stood at 64,074.
The National Capital Region recorded the highest number of Covid-19 cases in the past two weeks with 5,106 followed by Calabarzon with 3,170, Central Luzon with 1,855, Western Visayas with 1,713 and Davao Region with 1,186.
According to the DOH, the total number of people who tested for COVID reached 31,362,440 as of October 30.
